    ORDER PROCESSING

    Please note that all Anko pieces are made to order. Once your order is placed, it will take approximately 2 weeks to produce. After that, please allow an additional 5–7 business days for shipping. We appreciate your patience as we craft your piece with care and precision. Thank you.

     

    UK ORDERS

    Once your item has been shipped, please allow 2–3 working days for delivery.

    You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched.

     

    INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

    Once shipped, please allow 5–7 working days for your order to arrive.

    Tracking information will be sent to you via email upon dispatch.

    A signature will be required upon delivery.

     

    CUSTOMS INFORMATION

    Anko is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments; these are the responsibility of the recipient upon delivery.

    If a package is refused and returned to us, any customs or return fees will be deducted from your store credit. If the package is not returned to us for any reason, you will not be eligible for a refund.

    We recommend checking with your local customs office for any regulations that may apply.

     

    RETURNS

    We accept returns within 14 days of receipt, provided that all original tags are intact and the item is in unworn, original condition.

    Please note: Custom order pieces that have been tailored to your specific measurements are not eligible for return or refund.

    Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.

     

    REFUNDS

    Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 days of receiving the returned item. Please note that your bank may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
