  • Delivery, Returns & Exchanges

    ORDER PROCESSING

    • At Anko, each piece is made to order with care and precision. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be produced and processed before shipment.

    INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

    • Once shipped, please allow 5–7 working days for your order to arrive.
    • Tracking information will be sent to you via email upon dispatch.
    • A signature will be required upon delivery.

    CUSTOMS INFORMATION

    • Anko is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments; these are the responsibility of the recipient upon delivery.
    • If a package is refused and returned to us, any customs or return fees will be deducted from your store credit. If the package is not returned to us for any reason, you will not be eligible for a refund.
    • We recommend checking with your local customs office for any regulations that may apply.

    RETURNS

    • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. The returned item must be dispatched and received by the company within this 14-day period.
    • Items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered. 
    • Items must be returned in their original ANKO packaging, and must be sent via DHL with a valid tracking number. Once your return has been dispatched, kindly share the tracking number with our team so we can monitor the shipment.
    • Returns sent through unauthorised couriers or without valid tracking details will not be accepted.
    • Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of sending their return via DHL during the 14-days window.
    • Please note: Custom order pieces that have been tailored to your specific measurements are not eligible for return or refund.
    • Items that do not meet these requirements upon inspection will not be accepted.

    REFUNDS

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 days of receiving the returned item. Please note that your bank may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

    DAMAGED ITEMS OR QUESTIONS

    • If you receive a damaged item or have any concerns about your order, kindly contact us via email within 7 days of delivery, with clear photo or video evidence of the issue. Our support team will review and assist you promptly.
